At the Hamilton Victoria Curling Club, we believe in celebrating milestones, participating in team building, or hanging out with a group of friends. We also believe that curling is the perfect activity for any event and every group. Don't you agree? Additional Information for Ice Rentals:
- Each ice rental comes with access to basic equipment (brooms and sliders). All you'll need is a clean pair of shoes and some strechy, athletic pants.
- Children should bring their own protective headwear (when applicable)

- On ice time is typically 1 hour for sheet rentals. If you would like some space to use once your ice time is completed, please consider adding some hall space for your group. We have three distinct spaces including the lounge area connected to the bar, the windowed area that looks out on to the ice surface, or an upstairs area with tables and chairs great for having snacks or drinks after the game.

- Bigger groups should consider adding additional coaches from our lovely group of volunteers. For large groups, especially those with youth or children, it is recommended to have one coach per sheet rented.
Group Learn2Curl or Buisness Team Building:
- You can use our facility and the great sport of curling for your next team building event or as an outing for your community group. A session of Learn2Curl includes two hours on-ice with a Learn to Curl instruction session and a mini game
- Access to the lounge before and after included.
- Required equipment provided, participants must bring clean shoes.
- Accommodates 4 – 40 people.

- Cleaning after a rental is the responsibility of the renter. If the facilities require additional cleaning after the rental, the damanege deposit will not be returned.
- Renting the bar includes access to a fully stocked bar including beer on tap, bottles, cider, wine, and spirits.
- Want something special stocked at the bar for your event? Please let us know. We can try our best to include those options for you.
- No special liquor permits allowed
- Unfortunately, we are not able to accomodate renters bringing in their own bartenders.
- Our club runs 100% on volunteers. Please tip our bartenders! They appreciate it.
