Looking for a unique space for your next event? The Hamilton Victoria Curling Club offers a variety of rental options for celebrations, team-building events, community groups and more. Depending on your event, you may be able to rent our ice, hall space, parking lot or a combination of spaces.

Additions
Bar Opening: $20 per hour, with no minimum when combined with an ice rental
Extra Ice Time: $10 per additional hour, per sheet
Hall Space: $20 per hour
Additional Coaches: $50 per additional coach requested
Good to Know Before Your Ice Rental
- Basic curling equipment, including brooms and sliders, is available for rental groups.
- Participants should bring a clean pair of shoes and comfortable athletic clothing.
- Children (12 and under) should bring protective headwear if they plan to be on the ice.
- Standard sheet rentals typically include two hours of ice time.
- Additional hall space can be added if your group would like time to socialize before or after curling.
- Larger groups may benefit from additional volunteer coaches.
- For larger groups, particularly groups with youth or children, one coach per sheet is recommended.
Team Building & Group Learn to Curl
Curling is a great way to bring people together. Our Group Learn to Curl experiences can be a fun option for workplaces, community groups and special outings.
- Includes approximately two hours of on-ice instruction and curling.
- Participants learn the basics before playing a short game.
- Access to the lounge before and after the event is included.
- Required curling equipment is provided.
- Participants only need to bring clean indoor shoes.
- Can accommodate approximately 10 to 40 people.

Upstairs Hall
$200 + HST
Two-hour rental
Bar Lounge
$100 + HST
Two-hour rental, including bar opening and bartender
Full Club
$300 + HST
Two-hour rental, including bar service and access to both hall spaces. Ice time is not included.
Optional Additions
Additional Hours: $10 per additional half hour
Kitchen Facilities: $20 per hour for access to the facility only
Opening the Bar: $10 per hour when added to an Upstairs Hall rental
Hall & Bar Rental Information
- Cleaning after a rental is the responsibility of the renter.
- Additional cleaning requirements may affect the return of a damage deposit.
- Bar rentals include access to the club's available bar service.
- If you have special requests for your event, please let us know when submitting your rental request.
- Outside bartenders cannot be accommodated.
- Our club operates with the support of volunteers, and we appreciate your consideration of our volunteer bartenders.
Parking Lot Rental
Our parking lot can accommodate approximately 54 vehicles. Reduced rates may be available for the use of half of the lot.
Optional Building Access for Parking Lot Rentals
Washroom: $10 per hour + HST
Kitchen Facilities: $20 per hour + HST
Upstairs Hall: $15 per hour + HST
Downstairs Hall: $10 per hour + HST
Full Building: $50 per hour + HST
