Choose Your Own Team - Open is a welcoming league for curlers of all experience levels who want to play with a team of their choice. Teams may be made up of any combination of players, and once teams are set at the beginning of the season, they are divided into divisions to create friendly and competitive games against similarly matched teams. This league is a great choice for a group of four who would like to curl together throughout the season. Whether your team is brand new to curling or has years of experience, there is a place for you in CYOT - Open.

About the League

How the League Works

Teams are formed before the beginning of the season and typically remain together throughout the year. Once registration is complete, teams are divided into divisions based on their experience and competitive level to help create enjoyable and closely matched games.

At the end of the season, members from across the club are invited to join us for Championship Night, where the top-ranked teams from each division compete and we celebrate another great season of curling.

Don't Have a Full Team?

Entries are typically made by full teams, but that doesn't mean you need to have four curlers ready before reaching out. If you are an individual looking to join a team, there may be teams searching for an additional player.

If you are putting together a new team, please contact the league convenors before registering so we can help answer any questions and make sure you have the information you need.
