Injury Waiver

    By selecting the box below, I confirm that I have read the Hamilton Victoria Curling Club’s Release of Liability or Waiver of Claims and Indemnity Agreement and will upload or print the signed documents before my first game. In consideration of acceptance of this registration by the curling club, I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge the Hamilton Victoria Club and each of its members, officers, and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions, and cause of action, whether in law or equity in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to myself or property, arising or to arise by reason of my participation in the Club excluding any negligent act, whether by omission or commission of any of the aforesaid persons, parties or entities as reviewed in the above documents.

    I agree to read the linked documents and sign where required. Please bring the relevant signed form(s) with you prior to your first curling game this season. You can also upload the completed forms to our site. Log in, go to "Members +" then "+ My Info" and select "Membership Documents".



Membership Selection Instructions
Most members will want to select the "Curling Member" option immediately below (you must click the circle button in order to proceed), then select the appropriate fee option for the league(s) you wish to play in (beside the Curling Member button). Please also select each league you wish to participate in below. Social members will find the "Social Member" option further down the page after the various league options.

Please show all team member names for CYOT (Choose Your Own Team) leagues. Each team member must submit their own form. Not on a team, or not sure of all the team members? Please send an email to the convenors of the league you're interested in joining to potentially be connected with others looking for a team.

Important! Please review the Description of Fees and League Descriptions to ensure you pay the correct rate, and sign up for the most appropriate leagues.

Also Important! If you are a returning member please make sure you log into the members area of the website and "renew" your membership. The "New Member Sign-Up" page is for new members only

The Reserve Fee: In most membership types below there is a built-in reserve fee. The reserve fee is a charge of $100 which is used to cover expenses related to significant long-term investments in infrastructure, facilities, or equipment at the Club. Unlike the operational fees that cover day-to-day expenses, the reserve fee is specifically earmarked for substantial, capital-intensive improvements. The following memberships do not pay a reserve fee: Learn to Curl, Half Season New Member, Two-Person Stick (Only), Under 21, Under 18, Youth, or Monthly.

Registration Accuracy & Payment
    By checking below, I hereby confirm that the information I have entered on this form is correct and true. I understand that if I have intentionally entered false information in this form to receive discounts that do not apply to me there will be a $25 (plus taxes) administrative charge added to the outstanding membership dues owed.

    Payment Options:

    1. (Preferred Option) Interac E-transfer: Send payment to finance@hamiltonvictoriaclub.com through your financial institution. Please include this year's invoice number in the message field (this is the confirmation number you receive at the time of registration).

    2. Online Payment: Pay the full amount using the pay now button after completing your registration. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express accepted

    3. Cash/Cheque (cheque prefered): Payment by cheque or cash can be made in person at the club. See the bartender on duty or the office administrator. Cheques can be sent in the mail and should be made out to The Hamilton Victoria Club.

    Payment of 50% of membership dues and fees are due and payable on the later of: 
    • September 30, 2025
    • The date of membership registration
    The Club will also accept payments made in installments by submitting 3 payments for September 30 (50%), November 1 (25%), and December 1 (25%), 2025.

    Refund Policy:
    Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the individual's circumstances. For more information please read our Refund and Fee Adjustment policy. Should an event occur which impacts the Club as a whole an annoucment will be made by the Board of Directors. Refunds are not guranteed in any cirucmstance but will be given due consideration.
